Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This policy explains the cookies we use on cooperluxe.com and the CooperLuxe portal, what they do, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to help site owners understand how their site is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage, may be used for the same purposes. In this policy, we refer to all of these as “cookies.”

2. Categories of cookies we use

We use a limited set of cookies, grouped into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site to function. They support core features such as page navigation, security, and load balancing. The site cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off through our settings.
  • Authentication cookies. When you sign in to the CooperLuxe portal, we use cookies to establish and maintain your session and to keep you signed in securely as you move between pages. Our authentication provider, Supabase, sets these cookies on our behalf.
  • Preference cookies. These remember choices you make, such as interface preferences, so the site can behave the way you expect on your next visit.
  • Analytics cookies.Where used, these help us understand how visitors interact with the site — for example, which pages are viewed — on an aggregated basis so we can improve the experience. We keep analytics to a minimum.

3. How to control cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view the cookies stored on your device, block or delete them, and set preferences for certain sites. Look in your browser’s help or settings menu for options such as “Privacy,” “Cookies,” or “Site data.”

Please note that if you block or delete strictly necessary or authentication cookies, parts of the site may not work as intended — for example, you may not be able to stay signed in to the portal.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by the third-party providers we use to run the Services, such as our hosting and authentication providers. These providers process information in line with their own policies. For more about the providers we use and how we handle personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

6. Contact

If you have questions about our use of cookies, please reach out through our contact page.
